ADMISSIONS
The majority of our new children will start with us in September each year. If children are not funded until January or Easter it is not always possible to guarantee a space, however, there is an option to pay for two sessions per week until funded. Please telephone for more information. We operate a waiting list. We accept 2 year old funding from the term following their second birthday, non-funded two year olds from their second birthday.
Information on Early Years Entitlement (15 hours funding from 3 years)
CHARGES
Our aim is to be accessible to all and so we keep our prices as low as we can. Children who are not yet eligible for funding, or are in excess of 15 hours a week are charged at £5.00 an hour, invoiced termly. We also accept childcare voucher schemes (where childcare is taken directly from your pay pre-tax).
OUR TEAM
We have a very dedicated and experienced team of staff led by Manager Janet Hemmins. Our Deputy, Administrator and SENDCo is Alison Cooper. All staff hold a minimum level 3 qualification in early years, are current paediatric first aiders, and have completed food hygiene training. Our safeguarding officers are Janet & Alison, and Hannah from our committee.
Our Committee
We are a registered charity managed by a volunteer committee of parents who are elected annually in September. They organise many excellent fundraising events in order to subsidise outings and buy new equipment and toys. We are, therefore, able to keep our fees as low as possible to ensure we are accessible to everyone. All our parents and carers are VERY welcome to join our fundraising team throughout the year, and are eligible for election at the AGM annually. Parents and carers are also encouraged to help out on trips or come and talk to the children if you have an interest or occupation to share!
